Are you a taxi company?
No. Transfer Bratislava is a private transfer service. We drive only on the basis of a booking agreed in advance, at a fixed price confirmed before the journey. We do not wait at taxi ranks, we do not use a meter, and you cannot hail us in the street.
How far in advance should I book?
We accept bookings up to 1 hour before the journey. Requests are processed daily between 06:00 and 22:00, while the rides themselves run non-stop. For very early departures we recommend booking the day before.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and adjust the pick-up time automatically — no phone call and no extra charge needed. At Bratislava Airport the first hour of waiting is free; every further started hour costs €5.
Where will the driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. He will help with your luggage and walk you to the car. We send you the driver's phone number before the journey.
How can I pay?
Every vehicle has a payment terminal, so you can pay by card, phone or smartwatch. Cash in euros is also accepted, and companies are invoiced with a payment term.
Is the price really final?
Yes. The price confirmed at booking does not change — not in traffic, not at night, not on public holidays. The only exceptions are the €6 parking fee on arrival at Vienna Airport and waiting beyond the agreed time.
How much luggage fits in the car?
The Mercedes E-Class takes 3 large suitcases plus hand luggage; the V-Class takes up to 7 pieces. Skis, snowboards and golf equipment travel with us too — just tell us when booking.
Can you provide a child seat?
Yes, free of charge. Add the child's age and weight to the notes when booking and we will have it ready.
Do you drive to other cities?
Yes. Besides Vienna, Budapest and Prague we regularly drive to Brno, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Warsaw and Kraków. We are happy to quote a fixed price for any other route.
Can you take more than 7 passengers?
Yes. For larger groups we arrange a minibus or coach, and on request a helicopter or private jet. Send us the number of passengers and the date and we will put a solution together.
